ร่วมกับที่ประชุมในระดับชาติของสภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบลเครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชนทั่วประเทศ
และสถาบันพัฒนาองค์กรชุมชน (องค์การมหาชน)
กำหนดจัดสมัชชาเครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชน
\"สานพลังชุมชนท้องถิ่นและภาคีสู่การจัดการตนเอง\"
และการจัดประชุมในระดับชาติของสภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบล ครั้งที่1/2554
ระหว่างวันที่ 13-15 กันยายน 2554 ณ ห้องอเนกประสงค์ (209)
ศูนย์ประชุมธรรมศาสตร์ รังสิต อ.คลองหลวง จ.ปทุมธานี
ภายในงานจะมีการเสวนาห้องย่อยในประเด็นการพัฒนาชุมชน การแสดงวัฒนธรรม 4
ภาค การจำหน่ายสินค้าจากชุมชน
และการเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายต่อรัฐบาลในการสนับสนุนการจัดการตนเองของชุมชนท้องถิ่น
โดยมีผู้แทนรัฐบาลเข้ารับข้อเสนอในวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2554
